This site does not collect health data. Any clinical information is gathered exclusively during consultation, with its own information and legal basis (art. 9.2.h GDPR, preventive medicine and healthcare), and is subject to professional secrecy.
3. Retention period
Contact data is kept for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the applicable legal limitation periods. If the request does not lead to a care relationship, it is deleted once handled. Clinical records are kept in accordance with Law 41/2002 on patient autonomy and Valencian regional regulations.
4. Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties except by legal obligation. The technology providers supporting the site (hosting and email) act as data processors, under a contract compliant with article 28 of the GDPR.
5. International transfers
Hosting the site may involve processing on servers outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Rights of data subjects
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to nuz.info@gmail.com, stating the right you are exercising and attaching a copy of an identity document. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es.
7. Security measures
The site is served entirely over HTTPS and appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to the risk, in accordance with article 32 of the GDPR.
